Alexandra Montero Case: Serious negligence reported after minor found in Arenoso
The tragic passing of Alexandra Montero, known as “Paloma,” a 16-year-old teenager whose body was found in an irrigation canal in El Aguacate de Arenoso, Duarte province, has uncovered a series of alarming irregularities.
