Dominican Republic Comic Con 2026: Everything you need to know about the third edition
Pop culture prepares for its pinnacle event in the country. Dominican Republic Comic Con has confirmed the date for its third edition, which will take place on October 24 and 25, 2026, at the Puerto San Souci facilities in Santo Domingo Este. This installment promises to be the most ambitious to date, consolidating the country as a strategic hub for the geek community in the region.
Luxury guests and international talent
This year’s lineup stands out for the presence of iconic figures from film and television. British actress Natalia Tena, recognized for her roles as Nymphadora Tonks in the Harry Potter saga and Osha in Game of Thrones, heads the list of star guests.
The world of Latin American dubbing will also have high-level representation with the participation of:
- Mike Leal: Voice of Ash Ketchum in Pokémon and Eren Jaeger in Attack on Titan.
- Luis Carreño: The official Spanish voice of SpongeBob SquarePants.
- Dafnis Fernández: Known for playing Roronoa Zoro in One Piece and Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones.
The cosplay talent will feature the presence of the acclaimed Banana Cospboys, while on the local side, illustrator Kosena Master will contribute his creative vision in the area of character design and video games.

The event agenda is packed with activities for all tastes, from the popular MegaUnboxing to the K-Mecca Con block, dedicated exclusively to K-pop culture. In addition, horror will have its space courtesy of Proyecto Paranormal Latam.

One of the highlights will be the Mega Cosplay Master Cup Central America, which will bring together 32 competitors. The winner will receive a direct, all-expenses-paid pass to Megacon Costa Rica 2027, in addition to other exclusive prizes. Registration for this tournament will be open starting August 29th.

Fans will be able to purchase their tickets at authorized points of sale, with presale prices starting at RD$1,500. Likewise, Club VIP (US$100) and Club VIP+ (US$150) memberships have been enabled, which include collectibles and exclusive experiences with the guests.
