Investigation demanded after irregular eviction in Los Cacicazgos
Family members and close associates of María Núñez have raised their voices to demand forceful answers from the authorities following a confusing procedure that took place at a property located at 93 Camini Street, in the Los Cacicazgos sector of the National District. According to the complainants, they were forcibly removed from the property without a court order or legal authorization to support such action.
The tense moment experienced during the intervention had direct consequences on the owner’s health. According to the testimony of her relatives, Núñez suffered a pre-infarction due to the pressure of the situation, which forced her emergency transport in an ambulance. Fortunately, those close to her later confirmed that the woman is stable after receiving medical attention.
Questioning the procedure and figures involved
The family insists that the eviction lacked transparency. They state that, upon requesting the legal documentation to support the entry into the home, they received no response or any official backing. At the center of the complaint is the figure of Nelson Beltré, who, according to those affected, appeared at the scene identifying himself as a prosecutor. Given this, the family has formally requested that the Public Ministry clarify this person’s official status and the functions he performed during the incident.
In addition to Beltré, the complainants have pointed to Edgar Hernández and Mabel Luciano as participants in the operation, requesting that their roles be thoroughly investigated to determine if there was any abuse of authority.

Given the gravity of the events, those affected have filed a formal request for the case to be reviewed by the higher authorities of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Among the requests, an exhaustive investigation into the legality of the procedure and compliance with due process guarantees is included.
The family has directed their appeal to key figures such as the Deputy Attorney General, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, and the Chief Prosecutor of the National District, Rosalba Ramos, with the hope that the facts will be clarified and responsibilities determined regarding what they consider an arbitrary and unlawful action.
