Justice demanded following the murder of a teenager in Santiago
The Santiago community is dismayed following the tragic death of Fadlin Charles, a 17-year-old teenager of Haitian origin, who lost his life after being gunned down by unknown individuals in the Los Salados sector. The victim’s relatives have raised their voices to demand that the authorities conduct a thorough investigation to clarify the facts and find those responsible for this crime.
The incident took place at the intersection of 0th Street and 13th Street. According to testimonies gathered by relatives, the minor had been chased by several individuals before being intercepted and shot, losing his life instantly at the scene of the incident.

Juliana Toussaint, the young man’s sister, expressed her deep grief over the loss and stated that she was unaware if Fadlin Charles had any personal conflicts with third parties. This uncertainty has increased the family’s desperation, as they insist that the case must not be forgotten.
Francisco Paris, the teenager’s uncle, joined the demand and issued a stern warning to the authorities, emphasizing that the family will not rest until justice is served and the culprits face the corresponding legal consequences.
