Brian DePeña, mayor of Lawrence, is released after federal arrest
The mayor of the city of Lawrence, Brian DePeña, regained his freedom this Friday afternoon after appearing before a federal court in Boston. The release occurred just hours after the official was detained by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
