Xiomara Guante highlights education as an engine of development for the youth of Santo Domingo Norte
The Executive Director of the National Institute for Comprehensive Early Childhood Care (INAIPI), Xiomara Guante, called on the youth of Santo Domingo Norte to prioritize their academic training, emphasizing that the progress of the Dominican Republic depends directly on the preparation of its new generations.
These statements were offered during the first municipal graduation of the Well-being, Triumph, and Momentum (BTI) program, an event that brought together more than 800 high school graduates at the Mirador Norte Park to celebrate the completion of their secondary studies.

A commitment to continuous learning
Guante, who has an extensive career as a teacher in various institutions in Santo Domingo Norte, expressed her satisfaction at seeing the achievements reached by students from high schools, polytechnics, and the Prepara program. The official highlighted the relevance of this latter modality, which allows people with work responsibilities to complete their high school education in a flexible manner.

Support for local talent
The ceremony, led by Mayor Betty Gerónimo, served as a platform to announce significant incentives for the graduates. The rector of the Instituto Tecnológico de Las Américas (ITLA), Jimmy Rosario Bernard, announced during the event that the institution will grant 140 continuing education scholarships to students with the highest academic GPAs, facilitating their access to high-level technical specialization programs.
The event, which brought together various national and municipal authorities, closed with an artistic presentation by urban exponents Bulin 47 and Crazy Design, who enlivened the celebration dedicated to the academic success of Dominican youth.
