The Wolves have secured the incorporation of defender Jackson Tchatchoua, a move that brings the Premier League closer to the historic spending record in the summer market.
The Midlands club completed the signing of the right-back on Tuesday, coming from Hellas Verona, for a sum close to 12.5 million euros (14.6 million dollars). This operation raises the total accumulated spending of the Premier League to 2.31 billion pounds sterling (3.12 billion dollars).
The spending record in a single transfer window was set in the summer of 2023, with a figure of £2.36 billion.
