Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. Debuts with Goals and “SIU” Celebration for Portugal Under-15s
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., son of football legend Cristiano Ronaldo, had a dream debut with the Portugal U-15 national team, scoring two goals in the 3-2 victory against Croatia.
This triumph allowed Portugal to be crowned champion of the Vlatko Markovic international tournament, held in Croatia.
In his fourth appearance wearing the Portugal U-15 jersey, the young forward, who plays in the Al Nassr academy, opened the scoring in the 13th minute with an impeccable left-footed shot.
The 14-year-old footballer, wearing the number 7 jersey, celebrated his first goal by imitating his father’s iconic “SIU” celebration.
Before the break, Cristiano Jr. scored his second goal with a header close to the goal, being substituted in the 54th minute.
The Portuguese Football Federation celebrated Ronaldo Júnior’s performance on Instagram:
Cristiano Jr.’s first SIUUUU for Portugal!
Cristiano Ronaldo, at 40 years old, is the all-time leading scorer at the national team level, with 136 goals since his debut with Portugal in 2003.
