Noboa Congratulates the Leones del Escogido for Their Back-to-Back Championship
The National Baseball Commissioner, Junior Noboa, extended his congratulations to the Leones del Escogido for their recent bicampeonato and the obtaining of their number 18 crown in the 2025-26 Final Series of the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League.Noboa highlighted the team’s performance, which defeated the Toros del Este in five games in the final, which was played to the best of seven. The commissioner also praised the work of leader Ramón Santiago and all the players who contributed to the retention of the championship.
