UNITED STATES – Colorado Rockies outfielder Tyler Freeman has shown a favorable evolution after leaving Monday’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers due to dizziness. The team has expressed optimism regarding his health.
According to leader Warren Schaeffer, Freeman’s blood test results were “pretty good.” The player’s progress will be monitored daily.
Freeman, who started the game as a right fielder, was replaced by TJ Rumfield before his first at-bat. His presence at Coors Field the next day has generated even more hope for the team.
In the current season, Freeman has proven to be a key player for the Rockies, with a batting average of .294 and five RBIs in 12 games. The utility player started the season on the injured list due to back discomfort, which has limited his participation.
Despite the limitations, Freeman has stood out as one of the team’s most consistent hitters when he has been available.
The Rockies will continue to evaluate Freeman’s condition in the coming days, with the expectation of keeping him active during the demanding Major League season.
