With this triumph, the Mariners secure the series against the Lions with a score of 2-0 and move up in the standings, placing them in fifth place with a 7-7 record. For their part, the Lions, with a record of 5-10, are in seventh position, awaiting a pending game. The key to the Mariners’ triumph was their performance in the final quarter, where they limited the Lions to only 14 points, while they scored 31.
