Intrant joins the national earthquake drill to strengthen the culture of prevention
The National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (Intrant) actively joined the national earthquake drill, an initiative led by the Emergency Operations Center (COE) with the goal of raising levels of preparedness and response to potential natural disasters in the Dominican Republic.
During the day, the institution’s administrative and operational staff executed the evacuation protocols with remarkable efficiency. The collaborators managed to vacate the facilities in a record time of one minute and thirty-five seconds, strictly following safety guidelines to ensure an orderly and smooth exit.
