ARS Reservas celebrates 24 years reaffirming its commitment to health and well-being

The Health Risk Administrator (ARS) Reservas celebrated its twenty-fourth anniversary with an emotional thanksgiving mass, held at the El Buen Pastor parish in the National District. During the event, the entity reaffirmed its mission to prioritize the quality of life and the comprehensive well-being of all its affiliates.

The executive vice president of ARS Reservas, Martín Gabirondo, led the mass, highlighting the solid growth and strategic positioning that the institution has achieved within the Dominican market. According to Gabirondo, the entity’s current approach has taken a significant turn, moving from a model focused solely on treating illnesses to one focused on proactive prevention.

Focus on prevention and digital transformation

ARS Reservas’ vision for the coming years includes a strong emphasis on fundamental pillars for health, such as:

  • Proper nutrition and promotion of physical activity.
  • Specialized mental health care.
  • Comprehensive care programs for older adults.
  • Implementation of new technologies to streamline services.

We set out to strengthen ARS Reservas from within, regain trust, build a team, improve our processes, and place the affiliate back at the center of every decision.

The executive stressed that, over the last year, the institution has developed key initiatives, such as Health Fairs and various projects aimed at improving the lifestyle habits of its users. Likewise, he highlighted that technological transformation is a priority to guarantee more accessible, agile, and efficient services that respond to the current demands of the population.

A human team at the service of health

For the management of ARS Reservas, human capital is the engine that allows for providing quality service. Gabirondo emphasized that behind every procedure, claim, or call, there is a commitment to the Dominican families who entrust their well-being to the institution.

With its sights set on its twenty-fifth anniversary, the entity is preparing to continue innovating and adapting to the needs of the health sector. The ceremony was attended by senior executives from subsidiary companies, collaborators, and invited personalities, who celebrated the achievements reached during these 24 years of trajectory in the Dominican health system.
