Uncertainty grips a family in the municipality of Sabana Grande de Boyá, Monte Plata province, following the disappearance of 69-year-old Andrés Santana. The citizen was last seen leaving his residence, located at 9 Mesquía Cabrera Street, on the morning of August 24th.

According to reports from those close to him, Santana was heading to a dental appointment around 8:00 a.m.; however, he never reached his destination. The man, who works for the organization Compassion International, did not have a cell phone with him when he left, which makes his immediate location difficult.
