Boosting school sports: Abinader delivers covered court in Rancho Arriba
President Luis Abinader inaugurated the new roofed facility at the William Radhames Encarnación Educational Center, located in the municipality of Rancho Arriba, San José de Ocoa. This sports and cultural infrastructure will positively impact 665 secondary school students, in addition to serving as a meeting point for various activities for the local community.
During the delivery ceremony, Roberto Herrera, Director of School Infrastructure at the Ministry of Education, emphasized that this project is vital for the comprehensive development of the student body. As he explained, the structure will allow young people to have a safe and dignified environment for the development of physical skills, teamwork, and civic coexistence.
Here, students will be able to exercise, work as a team, develop their talents, and share in safer and more dignified conditions. This will strengthen the relationship between schools and the community, fostering trust and better coexistence.
