Technological boost: 436 scholarships awarded to young people in Pedro Brand

With the goal of fostering social mobility and democratizing access to technical training, the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, led the delivery of 436 continuing education scholarships to outstanding students from the municipality of Pedro Brand. This initiative, developed in conjunction with the Instituto Tecnológico de Las Américas (ITLA), seeks to provide youth with key tools for their professional development.

Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to take specialized programs in blended and virtual modalities, designed to strengthen their skills in a highly competitive global environment. During the event, which was attended by the Minister of Education, Luis Miguel De Camps, the Government’s commitment to expanding educational offerings throughout the national territory was highlighted.
