Duke Roufus, Legendary MMA Trainer, Passes Away

The mixed martial arts (MMA) world mourns the loss of Duke Roufus, renowned coach and former kickboxer. Roufus, a key figure in the history of this sport, passed away at the age of 55. The news, confirmed by his friend and business partner Scott Joffe, shocked the MMA community. Roufus, founder of Roufusport in Milwaukee, was found dead on Thursday. Roufus is widely recognized for his successful career as a coach, leading multiple world champions. Among his most prominent pupils are Anthony Pettis, Sergio Pettis, Tyron Woodley, and Ben Askren.
