The HEAT Latin Music Awards prepare for their grand debut in Jalisco
The Latin music industry has an unmissable date in Mexico. The HEAT Latin Music Awards Jalisco Style have confirmed that on September 24, 2026, the official list of nominees who will seek to win the award in the first Mexican edition of this prestigious event will be revealed, with the main gala taking place on November 5 at the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center.
This announcement marks the beginning of the decisive phase of the awards, where the public will have total control. Fans will be able to vote for their favorite artists in the 30 available categories, with the possibility of casting their vote every 24 hours through the official LosHeat.tv application.
A week dedicated to culture and music
Beyond the awards ceremony, the state of Jalisco is preparing to host HEAT Week, a series of events that will take place from October 31 to November 5. This program, organized in conjunction with the Government of Jalisco, seeks to integrate local culture with Latin music, offering unique experiences in various parts of the state.
- October 31 to November 5: HEAT Week with cultural and musical activities.
- November 5: Grand awards gala in Puerto Vallarta.
Jalisco craftsmanship in every trophy
A detail that will make this edition unique is the manufacturing of the statuettes. The iconic golden globes of the HEAT awards will be crafted by artisans from Jalisco, who will imprint the value of local traditions onto each piece. As they are handmade in traditional workshops, each statuette will be a unique piece, celebrating the mastery of the region’s artisans.
From that point on, the ones who truly sustain this music are in charge: the fans who listen to it every day, defend it, and keep it playing. We only count the votes.

Connection to Mexican traditions
The choice of dates is no coincidence. The awards ceremony will coincide with the commemoration of the Day of the Dead, a festivity deeply rooted in Mexican culture that will enrich the experience of international artists and visitors during their stay in Jalisco.
For those unable to attend in person at the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center, the organization has ensured that the gala will be broadcast live via the LosHeat.tv platform, allowing the global audience to witness a night that promises to mark a turning point in the history of the awards.
