Miguel Mejía questions the Dominican Government over the departure of Cuban diplomats
The Secretary General of the United Left Movement (MIU), Miguel Mejía, has expressed his deep concern regarding the recent decision by the Dominican Government to request the departure of several officials from the Cuban Embassy. The political leader demanded that national authorities provide a public and transparent explanation regarding the reasons behind this diplomatic measure.
During his intervention in a communication space, Mejía acknowledged that the Dominican State possesses the sovereign authority to manage its foreign relations and decide on the stay of foreign representatives.
