Tennis star Novak Djokovic has expanded his sporting horizons by investing in the French second division football team, Le Mans. The news, confirmed by the club, reveals a new facet of the Serbian tennis player off the courts. Djokovic joins a group of investors that includes former Formula 1 drivers, Felipe Massa and Kevin Magnussen. The investment marks a milestone for the club, which welcomes new financial partners. Le Mans announced that they are joining other investors, such as the Latin American sports investment firm OutField and Georgios Frangulis, founder and CEO of OakBerry.
