Lamine Yamal Mural in Barcelona Suffers Vandalism
A mural dedicated to Lamine Yamal in Barcelona has been vandalized, according to images spread on social media. The artwork, located in Joanic Square, now depicts the seven dwarfs from the movie “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” painted around the image of Yamal. The incident occurs after the controversy generated by the alleged hiring of dwarfs for entertainment at the footballer’s private birthday party, held last month.The original mural, created by the urban artist TV Boy, depicted the young Barcelona star as Superman.
The work was inaugurated before the 18th birthday of the Spanish international, which took place on July 13. Currently, Yamal is on tour with Barça in South Korea.
