Tottenham Hotspur Plans Epic Celebration if They Win the Europa League

Tottenham Hotspur has big plans to celebrate if they manage to conquer the Europa League. According to sources, the London club is considering a celebration with its fans, parading the trophy if they manage to win in the final.

The team will be looking for their first title since 2008 when they face Manchester United in the Europa League final, which will be played in Spain next week.

Unlike Tottenham, Manchester United does not plan to hold a massive celebration in case of winning. The club has maintained a conservative stance regarding celebration parades after winning cups.

Traditionally, United has avoided open-top bus parades after winning titles, as happened after winning the FA Cup in 2016, the Carabao Cup and the Europa League in 2017, the Carabao Cup in 2023, and the FA Cup in 2024. The last celebration of this type was in 2013, to commemorate their twentieth title, coinciding with the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson.

Furthermore, Manchester United’s packed schedule would make organizing a parade difficult, even if there was a desire to do so. Following the Europa League final on May 21, Ruben Amorim’s team will play their final Premier League game of the season against Aston Villa at Old Trafford on May 25.

Subsequently, the team plans to travel to Malaysia for a two-match tour. Upon their return, several players will join their national teams for the June international matches.

We need to help the club, because the club makes money. We are going to connect with our fans from all over the world. And that is important, especially when we lose and disappoint our fans during this tough season. So I think it’s the least we can do. And we are going to take the whole team, also the young players, we will have the staff there. We have many changes in the staff, so we are trying to build something like a family. I think that’s also a good thing.
