Real Madrid Tops the List of Most Valuable Football Teams in the World
The Real Madrid, a LaLiga team, remains at the top of the list of the world’s most valuable football teams for the fourth consecutive year, with a valuation of $6.75 billion, according to Forbes magazine.The merengue club became the first soccer team to surpass one billion dollars in revenue in a single year, recording a record figure of 1.13 billion dollars in the 2023-24 season, according to the report published on Friday.
The Spanish team, the second in the history of the sport to reach this mark, after the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL, was also the first soccer team to record one billion euros ($1.04 billion) in revenue in a single season.
Manchester United of England is positioned in second place on the Forbes list, with a valuation of $6.6 billion, after generating $834 million in revenue during the 2023-24 season, despite a disappointing campaign in the Premier League, where it finished in eighth place.

Barcelona, Real Madrid’s rival in LaLiga, occupies the third position, with a valuation of 5.65 billion dollars. Liverpool and Manchester City are in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
Forbes included six Premier League teams among the 10 most valuable teams, with Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, and Chelsea joining Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
Combined, the 30 most valuable soccer teams exceed $72 billion, averaging $2.4 billion, a 5% increase compared to the 2024 record of $2.26 billion.
