Luis Enrique Downplays Injuries at PSG
Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique has downplayed the team’s growing injury list, following Marquinhos’s absence due to a left thigh injury. The captain, Marquinhos, scored an own goal in the 1-0 defeat against Marseille and, although he finished the match, felt discomfort and will be out until after the October international break. Marquinhos joins Ousmane Dembélé, Désiré Doué, and João Neves in the infirmary. That’s life, it’s normal.”That’s football, it’s competition, it’s reality! You have to adapt. I’m not worried, that’s how football is at the highest level.
