Klopp Opens the Door to a Possible Return to Liverpool

Jürgen Klopp, former Liverpool manager, has hinted at the possibility of a return to the club in the future, although he currently does not miss managing teams. Klopp, who left Liverpool in 2024 after nine successful years, now serves as global head of football at Red Bull. In an interview, the German coach stated that a return to Liverpool is not ruled out.

I said I would never coach another team in England. So that means if [Klopp returns] it’s to Liverpool.

The coach also revealed that he is in contact with Arne Slot, his successor at Liverpool, highlighting Slot’s intelligence in not making drastic changes immediately.

We had a lot of contact after that; he’s a super nice guy. He brought out the best in this team, and they became champions in an incredible way.
