Isaiah Jackson Re-signs with the Pacers for $21 Million
Free agent center Isaiah Jackson has reached an agreement to re-sign with the Indiana Pacers for three years and $21 million, according to Drew Morrison and Sam Rose of CAA.
Following the loss of Myles Turner in free agency, the Pacers have secured the continuity of James Wiseman and acquired Jay Huff, which has generated enthusiasm in the team for the development of Jackson, who is a key member of their young core.
Jackson, 23, missed a large part of last season due to a rupture of the right Achilles tendon suffered in early November.
In the 2023-24 season, his last fully healthy year, Jackson averaged 7.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in just under 17 minutes per game.
Jackson arrived in Indiana via a five-team trade in the summer of 2021, after being selected in the first round by the Los Angeles Lakers.
