Los Alcarrizos Vibrates with its First Softball Classic
Los Alcarrizos dresses up to celebrate the first edition of its Softball Classic, a sporting event that promises excitement and competition. The initiative, which involves eleven teams from various sectors of the municipality, seeks to promote community integration and highlight local talent. The tournament, organized by councilman Ángel Medina, aims to promote healthy competition and recreation among residents. The matches will take place simultaneously in three plays of the municipality, attracting a large number of athletes and softball fans.The event boasts an attractive prize pool exceeding RD$200,000, ensuring a high level of competition among the participating teams. The Softball Classic has garnered the support of Mayor Junior Santos, the Ministry of Sports of the Dominican Republic, congresswoman Rafaela González, and local entrepreneurs, who have joined forces to guarantee the success of the tournament.
