In his first game in the league, García proved his worth by recording six points and nine rebounds in 25 minutes of play. His performance included a block and a steal, showing remarkable defensive intensity and energy in the paint.
The game, which ended with a score of 134-117 in favor of the Knicks, saw Garcia as one of the brightest spots for the Jazz. The team started with high efficiency from the three-point line, making 11 of their first 13 attempts.
