Santo Domingo, R.D. – The executive director of the National Institute of Physical Education (Inefi), Alberto Rodríguez Mella, has expressed his satisfaction with the beginning of the construction of the Malecón Deportivo.This project, one of the three central axes of the Integrated Plan of Santo Domingo (PISD), has been described by Rodríguez Mella as a “great vision of the municipal government and its mayor Carolina Mejía”.
