According to Luis Felipe Cartagena, Director of School Mobility at the Ministry of Education, the implementation of digital tools has been key to achieving a historic record of zero accidents in more than 72 million trips made.

The heart of this security lies in a monitoring center that operates 24 hours a day. This system not only allows for visual observation of the routes, but also uses artificial intelligence to automatically detect any anomalies on board the buses. The fleet, consisting of 1,871 units, is equipped with cameras that allow specialized personnel to monitor the behavior of drivers, assistants, and students in real time.
