Tiffany & Co. unveils the official 2026 US Open trophies
The prestigious American jewelry firm, Tiffany & Co., has unveiled the official trophies that will be presented at the 2026 US Open. This presentation reaffirms a historic collaboration that has united the jewelry house with New York’s most important tennis tournament since 1987, consolidating an alliance that is now approaching four decades of tradition.
Each of the pieces awarded to the champions of the different categories is meticulously handcrafted by expert artisans. These trophies, which symbolize the ultimate glory in the last Grand Slam of the year, are the result of a high-precision goldsmithing process that distinguishes the brand’s excellence.
Four decades of artisanal legacy
The relationship between Tiffany & Co. and the US Open has transcended time, becoming a fundamental element of the tournament’s identity. The creation process of these iconic trophies includes:
- Traditional goldsmithing techniques applied by master craftsmen.
- Custom engraving of the champions’ names at the firm’s workshop located in Rhode Island.
- Exclusive production for the individual men’s and women’s categories, among others.
An immersive experience for fans
To celebrate the 2026 edition, the company has inaugurated an exclusive space within the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Attendees at the sports complex will be able to immerse themselves in the history of these awards through a special exhibition that will remain open from August 23 to September 13.
Visitors will have the unique opportunity to observe pieces from past editions, explore original design sketches, and get an up-close look at the complex manufacturing process that precedes the delivery of the trophies.
The space, located near Fountain Plaza, stands out for its iconic Tiffany Blue, the brand’s signature color, and includes interactive areas designed for fans to take photos and experience the tournament’s tradition up close.
