Three months of preventive detention ordered for Jhonny González in the Serrallés case

The judge of the Permanent Attention Court of the National District, Magistrate Rigoberto Sena, ordered three months of preventive detention against Jhonny González, who faces charges of attempted homicide and aggravated robbery.
The victim of this event is Gustavo Adolfo III Mejía-Ricart Risk. After evaluating the elements presented by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the court determined that the defendant must serve the coercive measure at the Najayo Men’s Correction and Rehabilitation Center, while the corresponding investigations proceed.
