Seaboard supports ADN’s “Plastics for School Supplies” recycling initiative
Seaboard’s General Director, Armando Rodríguez, highlighted the work led by the National District City Hall (ADN) through its “Plastics for School Supplies” program. This initiative seeks to promote a culture of recycling in the capital, while providing economic relief to Dominican families through the delivery of school materials.
Rodríguez, who highlighted that this is the fifth time the company has joined the cause, described the mayor’s office’s management as a model of positive impact. According to the executive, this project manages to balance social well-being with environmental protection, a fundamental pillar for Seaboard’s social responsibility.

For his part, the former President of the Republic, Hipólito Mejía, also assessed the scope of this initiative.
