Sarodj boosts education with a successful school supply distribution event
The renowned artist and activist Sarodj has successfully completed the first stage of her charitable project through the Sarodj for a Purpose foundation. This initiative’s main objective is to strengthen children’s education, having benefited about 300 students so far in various areas of the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
The logistics of this first phase allowed donations of educational materials and school tools to reach vulnerable communities, including locations such as Manzano and Nigua. Likewise, support was extended to sectors of the Haitian community residing in Dominican territory and reached the Thiotte area in Haiti, reaffirming the foundation’s humanitarian commitment.
