The Rafael Barias club consolidated its good momentum in the 50th Superior Basketball Tournament of the National District (TBS Distrito 2026), after prevailing with a score of 82-71 against Huellas del Siglo. With this result, the Barianos reach their second victory of the championship, raising their record to 2-1 and positioning themselves at the top of Group B.
From the opening tip-off, Rafael Barias imposed their pace of play, achieving a 40-31 lead by halftime. The team maintained defensive and offensive consistency throughout the match, leaving Huellas del Siglo with a 1-2 record so far in the competition, which is celebrating its Golden Anniversary.
Offensive leadership on the court
The victory was the result of an outstanding collective effort. Bryan Ramírez stood out as the main figure of the match by recording 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Joining his outstanding work were other key players who were decisive in sealing the win:
