Multiple-vehicle accident in Las Terrenas leaves several injured
A serious traffic accident was reported this Monday in the Hoyo Cacao sector, in the municipality of Las Terrenas, Samaná province. The incident involved four vehicles and immediately mobilized emergency teams in the area to assist those affected.
According to preliminary reports, the incident took place in front of the Church of Prophecy. The chain of events reportedly originated when a black SUV, traveling in the direction of Sánchez, slowed down to yield to a Kia car. It was at that precise moment that a white Range Rover SUV struck the rear of the first vehicle.

After the initial impact, the driver of the Range Rover lost control of the vehicle, crossing into the opposite lane and colliding head-on with the Kia car. The magnitude of the crash caused considerable damage to the vehicles involved.
