Total success: Los Alcarrizos closes the 2026 Children’s Summer Camp
With a day filled with joy and learning, the City Hall of Los Alcarrizos successfully concluded its 2026 Children’s Summer Camp. Over three intense days, the municipality became the epicenter of recreation for more than 2,500 children, who were accompanied by a team of 500 volunteers dedicated to ensuring the well-being of the little ones.
The event, designed to foster the integral development of childhood, offered a varied program that included sports, cultural, and educational activities. In addition to the fun, the initiative had a direct positive impact on the participants’ academic preparation, as essential school supplies were provided to facilitate their upcoming return to the classrooms.
A commitment to the future of the municipality
Mayor Junior Santos expressed his satisfaction with the reach of the camp, emphasizing that these types of spaces are fundamental for children in the community to socialize, discover new talents, and grow in a safe and constructive environment.
We are very satisfied with the result of this camp. For three days, our children enjoyed themselves, learned, made new friends, and received school supplies that will help them start their school year. This is investing in our childhood and showing them that they have a Mayor’s Office that thinks about their well-being and their future.
