Justice in Los Alcarrizos: Suspects surrender for teenager’s death

The National Police, through its Homicide Investigation Division, confirmed the voluntary surrender of two men linked to the tragic murder of a 15-year-old minor in the municipality of Los Alcarrizos, an event that shocked the community on August 7th.

The citizens, identified as Wilfrido Félix Castillo, nicknamed “Hueso”, 25 years old, and Crislin Deivi Martínez Castillo, known as “Crilin” or “El Socio”, presented themselves to the authorities after being summoned via arrest warrant number 2026-AJ0067821.

Event details

The victim, Erick Anderson Pierre, lost his life due to gunshot wounds. The incident took place on Gino Street, at the corner of Circunvalación Avenue, in Los Alcarrizos. According to preliminary investigations, the case points to the detainees as the main individuals responsible for the act.

  • Crislin Deivi Martínez Castillo (Crilin/El Socio): Identified as the alleged perpetrator of the shots that caused the minor’s death.
  • Wilfrido Félix Castillo (Hueso): Investigated for his alleged direct involvement in the crime.

The detainees are currently under the control of the Public Ministry, while authorities continue to deepen investigations to clarify the motives for the attack and determine the corresponding criminal responsibilities.

This case adds to the concerns of the area’s residents, who have repeatedly expressed the need for greater security and patrolling in the municipality, with the goal of preventing acts of violence that affect the youngest sectors of the population.
