Amador points directly to Camilo Guzmán, along with other individuals identified as Ariel, Danielito, and Pellicate, as those responsible for a series of assaults and threats against him.
The conflict, according to Amador’s testimony, originated from a dispute that took place in an apartment linked to a mutual acquaintance. The complainant asserts that, upon attempting to mediate the situation due to his prior relationship with those involved, he ended up being the victim of a violent attack that left him with significant physical injuries.

According to the account provided, Amador’s physical integrity was at risk when one of the accused, nicknamed Danielito, allegedly attempted to attack him with a machete-type bladed weapon, while another individual intimidated him with a firearm.
