Fire affects recreational vehicle rental establishment in Jarabacoa
An incident that occurred during the early hours of this Sunday caused significant material losses at a business dedicated to the rental of Four Wheels and Buggies, located specifically at kilometer 2 of the Federico Basilis highway, in the municipality of Jarabacoa, La Vega province.
According to preliminary reports, the flames significantly affected the office area and several of the vehicles that make up the establishment’s fleet. Fortunately, authorities have confirmed that there were no injuries or casualties to report following the incident.
Immediate response from the fire department
After receiving the alert, units from the Jarabacoa Fire Department mobilized immediately to the affected area. Thanks to the deployment of two tanker trucks and the coordinated work of the rescuers, the fire was brought under control before it could spread to other nearby structures or critical areas of the terrain.
Emergency teams acted quickly to prevent a greater tragedy, managing to contain the fire and extinguish it completely after intense efforts at the scene.
