Sánchez Ramírez prepares for the fourth edition of FESTUR 2026

The Ecotourism Development Council of Sánchez Ramírez has officially announced the celebration of the fourth edition of FESTUR 2026. The event, which has established itself as a benchmark for boosting tourism and commerce in the province, will take place from November 5th to 9th in the surroundings of the Hatillo Dam.

During the presentation ceremony held at the Senate of the Republic Auditorium, Senator Ricardo de los Santos highlighted the relevance of this meeting for local economic growth, extending an invitation to the entire population to participate in this great ecotourism festival.

A forward-looking destination

Under the slogan “Living Territory, our land, more than a destination,” the fair’s main objective is to merge the cultural, natural, and gastronomic wealth of the area. Frank Sánchez, representative of the Ecotourism Development Council, emphasized that this edition seeks to transcend the ephemeral through the creation of installed capacities.

FESTUR Sánchez Ramírez becomes a window to the world to showcase everything we have grown as a province. In this edition, we are also committed to leaving behind installed capacities, with permanent structures that can be reused throughout the year, such as the rehabilitation of the Culture Little Train.
