Pérez’s analysis underscores that, while Lenín Núñez may have been the victim of an alleged scam, this does not justify the aggression that resulted in Emmanuel’s death. The lawyer emphasizes that Núñez’s defense has acknowledged the aggression, but the legal process must now focus on establishing whether there were other participants and what the degree of involvement of each was in the fatal outcome.
