Wandy’s path to success
Originally from the Dominican Republic and based in New York, Wandy has forged his musical path from a very young age. His beginnings date back to the teachings of his grandmother, who was his main supporter by encouraging him to sing in church. His previous experience includes international travel as a member of an orchestra and his current work leading his congregation’s choir.
His time on Operación Triunfo United States not only consolidated his technique, but also showed an artist capable of connecting with the audience, thus managing to become the first benchmark for this format in U.S. territory.
