Banreservas boosts entrepreneurship with the pre-acceleration stage of the Cree program

The Cree Banreservas program has taken a firm step in its 2026 edition by concluding its incubation phase, integrating the ventures Explore and ON-NOVA Biotech S.R.L. into its pre-acceleration process. These projects now join eight other initiatives that aspire to obtain an investment of up to RD$4.7 million, after validating the viability and sustainability of their business models before the evaluation committee.

During the preliminary stage, participants completed 200 hours of intensive training, focused on strengthening their value propositions and validating their products in the market, under international business standards.

There is a lot of talent for creating solutions, but every company encounters different obstacles when trying to develop. For this reason, the route has been reinforced to identify the real needs of each project and connect it with the methodology, knowledge, and tools it requires to grow, replicate, or scale responsibly.

An innovation ecosystem with international reach

This edition of the program reached a record figure with 403 applications, consolidating itself as a key platform for business development. In this pre-acceleration phase, entrepreneurs will have more than 500 hours of support over 23 weeks, using the Humanist Innovation methodology that includes mentoring, as well as financial and legal consulting.

The projects advancing in this stage are:

  • Explore and ON-NOVA Biotech S.R.L.
  • Miscore, Flexibox and Resix.
  • Ovajobs, Ordenado and Brokealty.
  • Amaia Cuida and Tachi.

These proposals cover key sectors such as biotechnology, enterprise software, health, agriculture, employment, and personal finance. For the first time, the program features diverse participation that includes companies from Chile, Spain, and the United States, in addition to local initiatives.

Commitment to economic growth

Technical and strategic support is guaranteed by experts from various countries and international entities such as MADFinTech, Foro ECOFIN, and CLES, among others. With this program, Banreservas reaffirms its commitment to transforming ideas into formalized companies that generate quality jobs and strengthen national productivity, aligning with economic development goals and the country’s vision for the year 2036.
