Bray Vargas consolidates his legislative work with high performance in Congress

The deputy for the province of Santiago, Bray Vargas, has formally presented his Legislative Management Report corresponding to the 2025-2026 period. The document highlights an outstanding performance, characterized by perfect attendance and a significant increase in his proposal capacity within the Chamber of Deputies.

During this legislative cycle, the congressman managed to present a total of 52 initiatives, consolidating himself as one of the most active legislators in the chamber. His work agenda has focused on fundamental areas for national development, covering topics of health, education, citizen protection, and the strengthening of social welfare in communities.

Commitment and results: Zero absences

One of the aspects that the legislator has highlighted the most in his accountability report is his attendance record, managing to close the period without recording a single absence. This indicator underscores his focus on fulfilling parliamentary duties and his willingness to actively participate in debates and working committees.

The best way to respond is by working. Our commitment is not measured in words, but in results. We will continue to be the voice of those who need to be heard and working for Santiago and for the Dominican Republic.

Growth in legislative production

The 2025-2026 report marks a milestone in Vargas’s career, who became the first deputy to present his individual management balance in this cycle. When comparing these figures with his previous period (2024-2025), where he reported 14 bills and 11 resolutions, an exponential growth in his work within the National Congress is evident.

This accountability report not only fulfills the ethical and administrative mandate required by the Chamber of Deputies, but also strengthens the legislator’s bond with his constituents in Santiago, reaffirming his promise to transform citizens’ needs into concrete legislative proposals.
