Ranking of the Best Pound-for-Pound Boxers

A year after Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev were to face each other in a rematch, with Bivol taking the victory and the undisputed light heavyweight championship, the pound-for-pound boxing landscape has undergone significant changes. Both boxers have been inactive, which has opened the doors to new faces in the rankings. Jaron “Boots” Ennis, undefeated and recent interim WBA super welterweight champion after a first-round knockout of Uisma Lima, is ranked eighth. Vergil Ortiz Jr., another interim champion at 154 pounds, secures the tenth spot after his technical knockout victory in the second round against Erickson Lubin. Ryan Garcia, who dethroned Mario Barrios and obtained the WBC title, did not garner enough support to enter the top 10 despite his outstanding performance. The Alofoke Deportes expert panel, made up of prominent analysts, shared their votes to determine the ranking.

Note: The results are valid until February 25, 2026.
