Gatland, Ex-Wales Coach, Signs for Peñarol of Uruguay: Luxury Reinforcement

Warren Gatland, former Wales coach, joins Uruguayan club Peñarol as an advisor for the rest of the season. The Welsh coach left his second spell in charge of Wales in February, after 14 consecutive defeats in test matches. The New Zealander now joins Peñarol for the Super Rugby Americas playoffs.

“The legendary New Zealand coach joins Peñarol as an advisor to coach Ivo Dugonjic and all Peñarol staff to put all his knowledge to work for the team,” the club said on social media.
