The basketball star, Caitlin Clark, is preparing for a new challenge, but this time off the court. The player, whose second season in the WNBA was interrupted by injuries, will return to action at a golf event.

Clark will participate in the pro-am of The Annika tournament on the LPGA Tour next month. This event marks his return to the sporting arena after a complicated season due to physical problems.The pro-am will take place on November 12th at the Pelican Golf Club and will be open to the public. In her previous participation, after her first season in the WNBA and being Rookie of the Year, Clark attracted a large number of spectators. The Annika is the penultimate tournament on the LPGA schedule. Clark maintains a corporate relationship with Gainbridge Insurance, the main sponsor of the event. The second season of Clark in the WNBA was affected by injuries. She was only able to play 13 games and was ruled out for the rest of the season on September 4 due to a groin injury. Although her team, the Indiana Fever, reached the playoffs, they were eliminated in the semifinals.I had an incredible experience at The Annika last November, participating in the pro-am alongside Nelly Korda and Annika Sorenstam, two of the best in this sport.
