Sevilla FC has strongly condemned the violent acts perpetrated by a group of organized radicals who forced players and club staff to spend Saturday night at the training facilities.
After the 3-2 defeat against Celta de Vigo, a large group of Sevilla fans, using pyrotechnics, broke into the sports complex.
Images spread on social media showed fans breaking down an access door to the training field.
Players and coaching staff from the LaLiga team were forced to remain inside the building upon their return from Vigo.

Sevilla FC will report to the relevant authorities the unusually violent attacks suffered by its employees, players, coaching staff and directors upon their arrival at the training ground.
Official club statement
The club has stated that these attacks forced the first team to stay overnight at the facilities. Sevilla FC requests that the security forces act with the utmost diligence to identify those responsible for these despicable acts, perpetrated by a band of organized radicals who acted with extreme violence.
The club will also report the assault on its facilities, as well as the acts of vandalism that occurred in the first team area, which included the invasion of said area by a large group of violent individuals.
Sevilla hasn’t won a match since March 9 and has lost six of its last eight league games.
The team, seven-time champion of the Europa League, is in sixteenth position in the table, four points away from the relegation zone, with three games to play.
Sevilla has acknowledged its disappointing season and accepts the protests, but “under no circumstances will they be tolerated if they are accompanied by aggressions, threats, or acts of vandalism”.
Sevilla will host Las Palmas, a team in the relegation zone, on Tuesday, and Real Madrid on Sunday, before ending the season in Villarreal on May 25.
