England Advances to Semifinals After Defeating Scotland in Women’s Rugby World Cup
England demonstrated their power by defeating Scotland with a score of 40-8 in the quarter-finals of the Women’s Rugby World Cup, held at Ashton Gate. The strength of their forwards secured their place in the next round, where they will face France next week.
The Red Roses, undisputed favorites, lived up to their position, scoring six tries and maintaining a streak of 27 consecutive victories against Scotland. Holly Aitchison stood out with 15 points, however, Scotland, despite internal contractual difficulties, showed an admirable performance.
